Policewoman dashes to save elderly lady tumbling down from an escalator

A policewoman sprinted to save an elderly lady tumbling down from an escalator at a train station.

In the CCTV video, captured in Nanning City in southern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on August 5, a lady in her seventies, carrying some luggage slipped and began to fall down the escalator.

A policewoman on patrol ran to her in four seconds flat and carried her, while a station security guard immediately pressed the button to stop the escalator.

According to reports, the elderly woman suffered minor scratches, and the train station staff bound up her injuries and sent her on her way.
